Is there international shipping?
- Yes, please buy at your own risk as there may be shipping delays or possible fees out of my control. EU customers will have to pay extra duties newly implemented on Nov 1.
- Tracking is included and will be emailed when the item ships out. USA domestic shipping is normally 1-2 weeks and INTL 3-4+ weeks or longer.
- This is a guaranteed way to reserve stock that is not yet available, wait times will vary due to the manufacturing process.
- Please contact me to request a cancellation before shipment.
- If your item is lost or arrives damaged, I may be able to offer a partial or full refund depending on the situation. In most cases, shipping cost will be on the buyer.
Leftover and future stock will be listed on Etsy. JoJo items will not be listed and instead return on my next shop opening at the end of the year.
